Autumn Colors & Love
My (top) two priorities for this session were to capture the autumn colors, and my clients' love for each other. <3
When Sam reached out to book a session for him and his wife, Anu, he mentioned wanting a location that would really highlight the beautiful autumn colors of Virginia. I scouted various locations and ultimately suggested that we meet up at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens in Vienna, VA. Let me tell you... the gardens did not disappoint! (If you haven't been, you should plan a visit one day... stroll the beautiful pathways and enjoy the beautiful flowers, colorful trees, the large pond, and wildlife.)
The weather was perfect (with enough cloud coverage that allowed me to shoot in any direction), we basically had the park to ourselves, and Sam and Anu were dressed as if they just stepped out of a magazine. If that isn't a photographer's dream, I don't know what is!
And, if that weren't enough... Sam and Anu were the absolute sweetest people ever -- such a joy to photograph them!!
